The girls making it happen

Three players from the MRC Rebels 17U team who are helping build Hoops Foundation from the inside out.

Hoops Foundation is about so much more than basketball! It gives every girl the opportunity to play, compete, travel, and chase her dreams- regardless of her financial situation.

Margaux Anderton-Rompante

San Francisco University High School

MRC Rebels · 17U

Basketball has given me a sense of community and belonging while teaching me the value of dedication and leadership. Hoops Foundation is much more than a chance to join a basketball team—it's giving girls the chance to build relationships, gain educational opportunities, and become leaders who can make an impact beyond the court.

Shelby Attley

Lick Wilmerding High School

MRC Rebels · 17U

Basketball has given me so much more than a sport to play — it's helped me grow and build friendships that mean the world to me. Our Foundation matters to me because I want every girl to have that same chance, without money or circumstance getting in the way.
